COMMUNITY

Together we rise. Each month, our community explores a new theme inspired by the wisdom of yoga philosophy. I introduce the topic, share its meaning, and invite you to observe how it resonates in your daily life, I advise some practice and guidance to be connected to the topic . For one month, we practice awareness - through reflection, reading and mindful action - creating a sharing path of growth and self- discovery. At the end of each month, we gather for an online meeting sharing our experiences and questions. Then a new topic arises. And once a year, we come together for a special Soul Rising - a heartfelt celebration of connection, learning, and the joy of living consciously together.
